Product Manager

Our portfolio consists of top-listed apps such as SCRL, Text Art, and Add Text that are used and loved by millions of people worldwide. We’re a small, ambitious team that enjoys working together in central Stockholm and is looking for more like-minded people to join our mission.
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our company as a Product Manager. In this role, you will work closely with the engineers, analysts and designers, owning the direction and outcomes of the product development.
What you will do
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy, considering business goals, market trends and user needs, to drive improvements in monetisation, engagement and retention.
- Conduct thorough user research and behavior analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Utilize A/B testing and data analysis to continuously optimize product features and user experiences, ensuring that all decisions are backed by robust data insights.
- Coordinate and manage product development, ensuring timely delivery of updates and releases.
- Monitor metrics and user feedback to evaluate and optimize product performance.
- Develop effective product messaging and positioning in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competition to drive product growth.
You should have
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in the technology industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis and experience with A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results and driving product success.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate teams toward common goals.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
- Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
