We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our company as a Motion Designer in the Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with our small but dynamic performance marketing team, owning the visual and motion design of the creative assets.

What you will do

• Design and edit ads for use in marketing campaigns on paid social media channels based on project briefs and collaboration with internal creative and channel specialists.
• Oversee the delivery of final assets and maintain consistency across all communication channels.
• Work with internal creative and channel specialists on long term strategy.

You should have

• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital design.
• Advanced knowledge of the latest design tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
• Knowledge of motion/video design and After Effects.
• Exceptional design and layout skills and a great eye for composition, color and typography.
• A strong interest in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization as well as a thorough understanding of what design decisions are best for multi-channel marketing.
• Articulation skills. You present concepts and solutions clearly and effectively to internal stakeholders.
• A passion for what’s next. We're looking for someone who is excited about staying updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, AI, and the app industry.
• Collaboration skills. Our designers have the opportunity to work with experts in various fields and are expected to bring ideas to the table.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality or organization.

• Exceptional English skills in written and oral communication.
